Refunds and delivery support

Effective date: May 18, 2026

MindMetric IQ is sold as a one-time digital report unlock. After a successful payment, your score, percentile, answer review, and full report package are available immediately on the result page, with optional email delivery from the unlocked dashboard.

Digital Report Purchases

Because the report is delivered digitally after purchase, refunds are reviewed case by case. If you experienced a technical issue, duplicate charge, payment error, or did not receive the report package you purchased, contact info@mind-metric-iq.com within 14 days of purchase.

What To Include

Please include the email used at checkout, the approximate purchase time, your PayPal receipt details if available, and a short description of the issue so we can investigate quickly.

Payment Processor

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the payment processor and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
