Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Mind Metric IQ, including the quiz, score estimate, comparison features, checkout flow, digital report, email package, and related pages. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

What the Service Provides

Mind Metric IQ provides an online IQ-style reasoning challenge with visual, numeric, verbal, memory, speed, and logic questions. After completion, the service may offer a paid one-time unlock or a free email opt-in unlock for your score estimate, personalized report, benchmark comparison, and related digital materials.

The service is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a medical, psychological, academic, employment, or professional evaluation, and it should not be used as the sole basis for important life, school, medical, hiring, or financial decisions.

Quiz Results and Score Limits

Your score is an estimate derived from this specific assessment. It may use answer correctness, question difficulty, response timing, completion behavior, category weighting, and aggregate benchmark data. It is not a clinical IQ diagnosis and does not replace a professionally administered intelligence test.

Benchmark comparisons may improve over time as more users complete the quiz. Early benchmark data may include simulated or seed data until enough real user results are collected.

Purchases, Free Unlocks, and Payment

The report unlock is sold as a one-time digital purchase at the price shown before checkout. There is no subscription and no recurring billing for this product unless a separate offer clearly states otherwise before purchase.

If a free email unlock is offered, it requires a valid email address, completion of the email verification code step, and explicit consent to receive your results package plus promotional emails, cognitive tips, product updates, and partner offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. If you do not want marketing emails, choose the paid one-time unlock where available.

Payments are processed by PayPal or another payment provider. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed amount, plus any applicable taxes or currency conversion fees. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Access to the paid report and package is granted after a successful payment confirmation. If payment is declined, reversed, refunded, disputed, or flagged for fraud, we may withhold or revoke access.

Report Delivery

If you request email delivery or choose a free email unlock, you are responsible for entering a valid email address that you can access and, for free unlocks, verifying the code sent to that inbox. Delivery can be affected by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, provider outages, or technical issues. If you unlocked a report and did not receive your package, contact info@mind-metric-iq.com.

You may unsubscribe from future Mind Metric IQ marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. Unsubscribing does not remove access to any unlocked report page that remains available through the service.

Refunds

Digital report purchases are handled under our Refund Policy. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, especially for duplicate charges, technical delivery failures, or payment errors. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment provider.

Your Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service or interfere with its operation. You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, or other tools to abuse the quiz or collect protected content.
• Attempt to bypass payment, access another user's report, manipulate scores, or exploit technical errors.
• Copy, resell, redistribute, frame, or commercially reuse the questions, report text, artwork, code, or scoring logic without permission.
• Submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt servers, or violate applicable law.
• Use the service to make employment, school, medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions about yourself or someone else.

Intellectual Property

The service, including original questions, visual puzzles, report formats, text, software, artwork, design, branding, and scoring systems, is owned by Mind Metric IQ or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service and view your unlocked report.

Your Data and Content

You allow us to process your quiz answers, response times, profile inputs, payment status, and support communications to operate the service, calculate results, deliver reports, improve the product, maintain benchmark comparisons, prevent misuse, and comply with law. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The service may depend on third-party providers for hosting, security, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, and advertising attribution. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or modify parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or browser.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and all reports are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that your score will match any other IQ test, professional evaluation, or future assessment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mind Metric IQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim, or zero if no payment was made.

Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you violated these Terms, attempted fraud, abused the system, created security risk, or used the service unlawfully.

Governing Law

Unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
